Get Item - This function returns the list of products along with their details from iReckoner ERP.
Get Price - This function returns the price each product depending on the price defined in iReckoner ERP.
Get Discount - This function returns the discount applicable on products as per the discounts defined in iReckoner ERP.
Get Stock - This function returns the stock availability of the products from iReckoner ERP.
Place Order - This function generates order in iReckoner ERP based on the order related data fetched from the ecommerce website.
Get Order Status - This function returns the status of sales order (pending/dispatched/invoiced) from iReckoner ERP to the ecommerce website.
Get Invoice - This function returns the invoice generated in iReckoner ERP which can be displayed on the ecommerce site.
The availability of real-time data from the ERP system on e Commerce site, allows customers to see available inventory, latest order status, and track shipments with tracking numbers. It will not only reduce your cost of operations and also improves customer experience.
With integration, web customer details, web orders, payment & shipping information will be integrated to ERP system, similarly Item and Inventory details can be uploaded from ERP to e-commerce site. The data will gets updated from ERP to e Commerce site and vice versa.
When sales invoice is generated financial transactions will get updated automatically. Different reports & ledger will be available Balance Sheet, P/L Statement, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, etc. which gives the transparency in financial information across the organization.
Any sales transactions is done on the site, system will itself generate the Sales Order, Sales Dispatch, & Sales Invoice. Inventory will be updated once the sales transactions is done.
